Baby Talk includes six FREE classes designed to help you feel prepared, confident, and supported throughout pregnancy and your baby's first months.
Learn about common pregnancy changes, warning signs, and ways to stay healthy.
Nutrition, exercise, stress management, and healthy habits for you and your baby.
What to expect during labor, delivery, pain management, and hospital stays.
Breastfeeding, formula feeding, pumping, and feeding cues.
Safe sleep, car seats, infant health, and keeping your baby safe.
Postpartum recovery, mental health, relationships, and self-care.
Eligible participants must be pregnant to enroll.
Classes are offered both virtually and in person in English and Spanish.
