Our Classes

our classes

 Baby Talk is six classes designed to support your prenatal and postnatal care.  


1. You and your pregnancy

2. Healthy pregnancy

3. Labor and delivery

4. Feeding your baby

5. Newborn and infant care

6. Healthy after pregnancy  

Women who are 32 weeks gestation or less are eligible to attend.

  This will be both educational and fun! 


We feel that education is important and should be FREE, so this class won't cost you a penny! 


   • Classes offer a mix of activities and instruction. 
   • You will receive materials to take home. 
   • Your partner or family member is welcome to join us. 

   • Nursery will be available for limited childcare.
